Make sure you consider these factors when implementing Exchange
EXCHANGE SERVER
Your Microsoft Exchange server is what controls access and storage to your entire companies mail, calendars and contacts. It is frequently under stress from access, spam filtering and general network traffic and tasks; for these reasons we recommend a dedicated Exchahge server. As with all hardware, the cheap hardware will cost you more in the long run. Recovering a lost exchange server or store is an available option, but at the cost of labour and downtime.
